Cancellation Policy
Dinner Booking Policy Full payment is required upfront to confirm your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations or amendments made within 24 hours of your booking are non-refundable. Guests are welcome to arrive from 5:00 PM for pre-dinner drinks. Dinner begins promptly at 6:30 PM. Late arrivals may result in a reduced menu at the chef’s discretion to ensure service finishes on time. The lodge closes at 10:00 PM. No outside beverages are permitted on the premises. Dietary requirements must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee substitutions for last-minute requests. If dietary requirements are not shared beforehand, we may be unable to accommodate them. By confirming your reservation, you accept these terms.
