Cancellation Policy
Important Booking Information: Booking is essential. Your experience is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Weight limit: 90kg per rider. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked time for helmet fitting and paperwork. Cancellations & Refunds: Rides may be cancelled at short notice due to weather. In this case, you will receive a full refund. No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. Time lost due to late arrival will be deducted from the experience. 100% cancellation fee applies to cancellations or booking amendments made within 24 hours of your booking.
